To empower vulnerable and marginalized communities, reduce poverty and inequality, and promote sustainable, inclusive and resilient development through community participation, education, healthcare, livelihood enhancement, environmental stewardship, humanitarian assistance and the protection of human rights.

As President of FEEDER, I am proud that since its establishment, our organization has remained committed to serving disadvantaged and vulnerable communities through responsible leadership, collective effort and a strong spirit of service. Over the years, our dedicated team has implemented a range of development initiatives with professionalism, commitment and sincerity, often working with limited resources while building meaningful relationships and trust with the communities we serve. We believe that an effective organization is defined not only by its achievements, but also by good governance, transparency, accountability and adherence to its core values. I deeply appreciate the hard work, dedication and responsible contribution of the FEEDER team, as well as the valuable support of our partners, community representatives and supporting institutions. We continue to strive to understand the social and economic challenges faced by disadvantaged and vulnerable groups and to play a constructive role in addressing their needs through practical and meaningful interventions. Looking ahead, FEEDER remains committed to strengthening partnerships, improving institutional effectiveness and working collectively to contribute to lasting and positive change.
President FEEDER

Since its establishment in 2005, FEEDER has remained committed to working with underserved and remote communities across Pakistan, with a focus on sustainable development, empowerment and equal opportunities. In the remote areas of Mansehra, Battagram, Shangla and Kohistan, we have equipped young people, girls and women with technical and vocational skills to help them earn dignified livelihoods and move towards greater economic self-reliance. Our work spans livelihoods, education, health, WASH, agriculture, environmental protection, climate resilience and disaster risk reduction. Transparency, accountability, integrity and community trust are at the heart of FEEDER’s institutional values. Our PCP certification and active engagement in national and international networks related to climate change, health, social accountability and development reflect our commitment to responsible and continuous improvement. We believe in practical, inclusive and sustainable solutions that respond to local needs and strengthen the capacities of the people and communities we serve. I am deeply grateful to the dedicated FEEDER team for their professionalism, commitment and sincere efforts in implementing development initiatives. Our work is strengthened through the cooperation of our partners, communities and the people we serve. Together, we remain committed to creating meaningful opportunities, promoting dignity and inclusion, and contributing to sustainable and lasting change.
